An E-Class, or an S-Class when comfort comes first
The E-Class suits everyday executive journeys, while the S-Class gives the most rear-seat space for senior guests and special occasions. Both take three medium cases or fewer, so choose between them by comfort.
A V-Class, or the Customised V-Class for up to five
The V-Class carries up to six guests and six cases, while the Customised V-Class puts comfort first for up to five guests and two large cases.
Two V-Classes together, or an 8-seater Sprinter
Seven or eight guests can travel in two V-Classes, so there is room for luggage and everyone is comfortable. If you would rather all travel in one vehicle, then we can arrange an executive Sprinter on request.
Several V-Classes, or a 16-seater minibus
Parties of nine to sixteen can travel in a small convoy of V-Classes, so the group can travel together. Alternatively, a 16-seater minibus is available on request when one vehicle suits the day better.
A convoy of V-Classes, or a midi coach
With enough notice we can supply a larger convoy of V-Classes from our own fleet, and then, if one vehicle suits the itinerary better, we can arrange a midi coach for up to 32 on request.
A coach for up to 55, or a larger convoy
Large groups can travel by coach, or in a convoy of V-Classes because the day may need separate pickups and drop-offs. Tell us the plan, and then we recommend the right fit.

Need more space than one car? We can send several V-Classes or Customised V-Classes together, each with its own professional chauffeur. With enough notice we can supply up to around 20 V-Classes, so most groups arrive together without needing a larger vehicle. We have done this before for events, corporate retreats, promotions and sporting and award occasions. You deal with one team throughout.
An S-Class for the couple, V-Classes for the family
The couple arrive in the S-Class while V-Classes bring parents and the wedding party to the same door at the same time, so the arrival looks planned.
A convoy of V-Classes for speakers and delegates
Senior guests travel in their own V-Classes and delegates follow in a small convoy, so the group can travel to one plan under one booking.
V-Classes for hospitality, a coach for the wider group
Hospitality guests travel in V-Classes, and then, if one vehicle suits the day better, we can arrange a coach for the rest of the group.
Larger vehicles on request
If one larger vehicle suits your itinerary better than several cars, we can arrange an 8-seater executive Sprinter, a 16-seater minibus, a midi coach for up to 32 or a coach for up to 55. These are on request and subject to availability. Licensed operators we have worked with for a long time run them, so they meet the same standards as our own cars: a professional chauffeur, full licensing, insurance and background checks. Which car should I choose if I am booking an airport transfer?
Choose by party size and luggage, so start with the numbers. The E-Class takes one to three guests and three medium cases, the V-Class takes up to six guests and six cases, and the S-Class suits one or two guests who want the most comfort. If you are unsure, choose the larger car.
How many passengers does each car take?
The E-Class takes up to three passengers and three medium cases, while the S-Class takes one or two guests and two cases. The V-Class takes up to six passengers and six cases, but the Customised V-Class takes up to five guests and two large cases.
What is the difference between the V-Class and the Customised V-Class?

Can you supply more than one car if my group is large?
Yes. With enough notice we can supply up to around 20 V-Classes from our own fleet, so most groups can travel together without a larger vehicle. We have supplied large V-Class fleets before for events, corporate retreats and promotions. Tell us the date, the plan and the numbers, and we recommend the mix that suits your itinerary.
What if my party needs a larger vehicle?
We can arrange an executive Sprinter, a minibus or a coach on request, subject to availability. Because they run to the same standards as our own cars, you get the same service, and you deal only with us. Send your dates, passenger numbers and a brief itinerary through the contact page, and then we reply with a written quote.
Will I have a professional chauffeur?
Yes. Every journey has a professional chauffeur, so it makes no difference whether you travel in one of our cars or in a larger vehicle we arrange.
When will I receive the chauffeur and vehicle details, and can I get them earlier?
They are sent automatically three hours before pickup, and we can send them earlier on request. We send them close to pickup so they are as accurate as possible. If we have to change the chauffeur or the vehicle after that, for example because a chauffeur is unwell or a vehicle is damaged, we forward the new details to you straight away.
How far ahead should I book if I want a larger vehicle?
As early as you can. We are a scheduled, pre-booked service rather than a ride-share, and we can sometimes take last-minute bookings in our own cars. Larger vehicles need as much notice as possible so we can confirm availability.
How do I get a price if I need a larger vehicle?
Use the contact page. Send the date, the pickup and drop-off, the number of passengers and a brief itinerary, and we reply with a written quote that confirms the vehicle and the price before you commit.
Can I add child seats if I book a car online?
Yes. If you book a chauffeur car online, then you can add baby seats, child seats and booster seats.
