How do I book a chauffeur in Manchester?

How much does chauffeur hire cost?
It depends on the journey and the car. Hourly hire is priced in three bands, so longer bookings cost less per hour, while a single journey depends on the route, date, time and car. Prices show before VAT, and your booking summary shows the full total.
Is VAT added to the prices?
Yes. We show prices before VAT and add VAT on top, so the full total is shown before you send your request.
When is my card charged?
You save your card securely through Stripe when you request the booking. MCH usually charges it about 24 hours before your journey, though multi-day or multi-journey bookings can be charged earlier. Your confirmation tells you when.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
No. An online booking is a request until MCH accepts it. If we cannot take the journey, we tell you and your card is not charged.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Transfers run to and from Manchester, Liverpool John Lennon, Leeds Bradford, Heathrow and Gatwick, plus private terminals. Airport collections include a meet and greet and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting, counted from the pickup time you select.
Can I hire a private chauffeur by the hour?
Absolutely. Hourly hire runs from three to twelve hours, and the car and chauffeur stay with you throughout. The service ends in the area where it began, so a trip to another city belongs under long distance travel instead.
Which cars can I choose from?
You can choose from four Mercedes-Benz options. Pick the E-Class for up to three passengers or the S-Class for up to two, while the V-Class carries up to six with luggage. Meanwhile, the customised V-Class suits up to five passengers with two large cases.
Can you take me outside Manchester?
Certainly. Chauffeur journeys run from Manchester to London, Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh and anywhere else in the UK, one way or return. A return is booked as its own journey, with a return discount where possible.
Can I book a chauffeur for someone else?
Sure. Give us the booker's details and the passenger's name, mobile number and email address. If the passenger is also the booker, just say so, and for a company booking we add the company details too.
Can I book a chauffeur for a wedding, an event, a tour or a TV production?
All four are possible. Weddings, match days and concerts, private tours and production days each have their own page, and we plan the timings around your schedule. Send us the details and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
