Because we reserve a chauffeur and a vehicle for every booking, scheduled transfers are our focus. We welcome last-minute requests and will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a vehicle at short notice, so we suggest booking as early as your plans allow.

Although prices vary by car, an E-Class from central Manchester or Salford starts from £85 plus VAT, and the airport page shows the V-Class and S-Class figures. Hotels further out are quoted in writing, because the distance changes the price.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as your plans allow, because we reserve a chauffeur and a vehicle for every booking. Scheduled transfers are our focus, so booking ahead gives us the best chance of having the right car available.
Do you take last-minute bookings?
We welcome them, so please ask, and we will do our best to help. However, we are a chauffeur company and not a ride-hailing app, so we cannot guarantee a vehicle at short notice.

Can a hotel concierge book a transfer for a guest?
Yes. Concierge teams are very welcome to book for their guests, and we confirm each booking in writing so the guest and the hotel both know the plan.

Which car is best for a hotel transfer?
While the E-Class suits up to three passengers, the V-Class takes up to six with their luggage, and the S-Class suits one or two guests who want the most room. If you travel in a larger group, please ask us about several cars or a minibus.
Can you take me to dinner or the theatre and back?
Yes. Hourly hire works well for an evening out, because your chauffeur waits within the hours you book, so the car is ready when you are.
Do you cover hotels outside the city centre?
Yes. We collect from hotels in Worsley, Hale Barns, Wilmslow, Knutsford and across Cheshire, but prices for these are quoted in writing.
What if my plans change?
Because MCH reserves a chauffeur and vehicle once payment is taken and the booking is allocated, refunds are not available after that point. Standard notice is 24 hours, so please tell us as early as you can, and we will do our best to help.
