Event chauffeur hire in Manchester: stadiums, racecourses and arenas
Our event chauffeur service covers a derby at Old Trafford, a day at the races or a night at an arena. Your chauffeur plans the pickup, the drop-off and the journey home, so the event is the only thing you need to think about.
Pick your ground to see the journey time and how we handle match days. Before kick-off, we plan your drop-off, and afterwards, we sort the journey home.
Event chauffeur hire to the city arenas and theatres
City arenas and theatres sit close to the centre, so the journey itself is short. The value is in the planning: a smooth drop-off before the doors open and a car ready when the show ends.
For many events, one car for the whole day works better than two separate transfers. Hourly hire keeps your chauffeur with you, so the car is ready whenever you are.

Not sure?
Send us the plan, and we will suggest how many hours suit your day.
These hours are suggestions. Prices on major event days can differ from standard rates, so your written quote confirms the figure before you commit.
Travelling for work, or starting from a hotel or station?
Not every journey is a day out. For conferences, conventions, retreats, roadshows and multi-stop meeting days, see our corporate chauffeur service. Guests who start from a hotel, a station or an airport can book those journeys too.

Event chauffeur hire in Manchester: your questions answered
Does your event chauffeur service cover Old Trafford, the Etihad Stadium and Anfield?
We do. We cover all three grounds, and we agree your drop-off and your pickup after the final whistle when you book. Because match days are busy, tell us the kick-off time and we will build in the extra minutes.
How do I get home after the match without queuing?
Book a return pickup in advance. When you reserve the car, you agree a time and place to meet afterwards, so your chauffeur is waiting while the crowds clear. Waiting time is also built in, with 30 minutes complimentary at pickups away from airports.
How long does it take to get from Manchester to Aintree for the Grand National?
In normal traffic, the 35 miles from Manchester Central take about 44 minutes. Race day is different, however, so we allow extra time and agree an early pickup. Traffic builds quickly around the course, which is why a planned drop-off helps.
Can you take me from Manchester to Cheltenham or Silverstone?
Yes. Cheltenham is about 129 miles and 2 hours 35 minutes in normal traffic, while Silverstone is about 146 miles and just under three hours. Event days run longer, so we plan an earlier start and a flexible return.
Can you collect us from Manchester Airport and drive us straight to the venue?
Absolutely. Your chauffeur meets you on arrival, and the service includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the agreed time. Once you land, the journey continues straight to the venue, so there is no need to change.
What happens if the event runs late?
Event times can change, so we agree the pickup plan when you book. If you want the car to wait, your written quote sets out the hours and how we charge any extra waiting time.
How much does event chauffeur hire in Manchester cost?
It depends on the distance, the day and how long you need the car. Short city journeys cost less, while long runs such as Cheltenham or Silverstone depend on the route and any waiting time. Either way, we quote prices before VAT and add VAT on top, and your written quote shows the full total before you commit.
Which car suits a group going to the match or the races?
It depends on the numbers, so start with your group size. The E-Class suits one to three guests, and the S-Class suits one or two. For a bigger group with bags or hospitality gear, the V-Class carries up to six, while the customised V-Class takes up to five with two large cases.
Should I book a transfer or hourly chauffeur hire for a race day?
For Aintree, Chester or Haydock Park, hourly hire usually works better. Your chauffeur stays with you from the early start to the late return, so there is no second booking and no waiting around for a car. A single transfer still suits a short evening out, however, so tell us your plan and we will suggest which fits.
How many hours should I book for a match day or a concert?
As a guide, an evening show suits three to four hours, while a match day suits five to seven. Race days at Aintree, Chester or Haydock Park suit a full day of eight to twelve hours. These are suggestions, so send us your timings and we will recommend a number.
