We have basic ivory and white ribbons. For a particular colour scheme or something more elaborate, please bring your own, and we will fit it as long as nothing can damage the vehicle. Tell us early, so the plan allows a few minutes before the first collection.

Hours

Hire starts at three hours, so a chauffeur and car are available for your day. Most weddings book five to six hours, and you can book longer.

Payment

You save your card securely through Stripe when you request your booking, and MCH usually charges it about 24 hours before the day, or earlier for a wedding that needs it. If payment is needed earlier, MCH will notify you. Chauffeurs never take payment.

Changes and cancellation

Because MCH reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for your date once payment is taken and the booking is allocated, refunds are not available after that point. Hourly hire and multi-vehicle bookings can need longer notice, and MCH will tell you in advance.
